Original research from Coach Boynton and colleagues is now out in the International Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance. “Effect of Environmental Temperature on High-Intensity Intervals in Well-Trained Cyclists.” (Apologies that the full article is behind a paywall, but the abstract is available.)
