WEBINAR- Temperature Doping: Improving Indoor Training by Manipulating Room Conditions


Jason Boynton MS, PhDc, will be presenting a webinar discussing how adjusting environmental conditions can improve indoor training for cyclists. In this webinar he will be further expanding on his recent article in CyclingTips.com, discussing his own research and the current literature in more depth, as well as offering practical advice for the cyclist or coach looking for the performance edge in indoor training.

This presentation will include: an introduction to environmental exercise physiology; how environmental conditions affect indoor cycling performance acutely; how indoor conditions can potentially affect training outcomes; and insight into indoor heat acclimation for cyclists.

The cost of this webinar is $10 (USD). It will be offered at 3 different times in order to better accommodate for cyclists in different times zones. Please make sure you have selected the time that works best for you when registering.
